Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you.
Now is the time to book your appointment.
Step 1: Choose the appropriate Session from the drop down options
Step 2: Choose a date and the time slots will show. If a time period is already booked it will show that.
Step 3: Click Book Time for that time period.
Step 4: Fill out the short form and click Book your Session.
A email will be sent to you about your appointment and you will also get a email 24 hours prior to your appointment as a reminder.
Important Notice:
Prior to making an appointment, make sure you have paid for the Therapy Program of your choice, Either direct or through insurance co-pay. Making appointments is necessary as Dr. Teresa Harris wants to make sure that no one else is double booked. It is imperative that you contact Dr. Teresa Harris a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule at our contact page. Failure to answer your phone or video consultation will be considered a cancellation and loss of a week’s worth of therapy.

Therapy Session Booking
Notice: When completed, you will be receiving an email about this booking. Please mark it on your calendar. Please check your spam folder just in case it shows up there. If it does, mark it as not spam. You should receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you need to cancel, please let Dr. Harris know 24 hrs in advance. If you do not answer your phone or ZOOM video call at the scheduled time, you will lose that session and not be reimbursed.
